Entrevista
Several phases:
-first group meeting with potential agents. Just an introductory presentation
-next tests. Personality and skills test. Personality test is easy. Just answer like a super salesman.
-next individual meeting/interview.
-homework. Write up a marketing strategy. Make a database of 200 potential clients. Interview 10 potential clients for a financial survey.
-final interview.

Entrevista
Pretty straight forward. Phone conversation and looking through a powerpoint presentation about the company, position, and expectations. I had some questions about the compensation rates they person interviewing me was friendly and knowledgable. Pretty typical for signing onto an insurance company as 100% comp position.
