This is all just a pyramid scheme. They literally told me they hired overqualified people so promotions happen quickly. I applied via Monster.com and was called back within a day for an interview the following day (suspicious from the beginning). When I arrived for my interview, I arrived at the same time as 5 other interviewees. Interviews were only taking a few minutes.
