the first step was phone screening. Then, it takes about 2-3 weeks to make a decision on whether to invite for the on-site interview at the company. The questions were nothing particular or eccentric.

It went very smoothly and everyone was very helpful and nice. One thing I didn't like was that I had to give a 30-minute presentation about myself. I am not that self-centered so it is hard to talk about myself to people who I don't know very well. They showed me around the building and it was a very nice building and laboratroy.
