The company uses the STAR method. Questions about how you would respond to an irate customer, times you had to make an independent decision at work and how did it turn out, etc.
Phone interview then a virtual. Very smooth process with next steps detailed. The interviewer discussed salary and schedule, and was very open about the company when I asked questions.
