You get two chances to record your answer to each question. If you don't submit your first response, you must submit the second. You can't go back and choose the first response if you liked that one better. You get 30 seconds of prep time before each question and then 3 minutes to respond. If you don't know what to say when you get the question, you can use the first recorded take as a mulligan, and then before you try the second take, you can take as much time as you want to formulate a response as long as you keep the computer running and don't exit out of the interview process.

Progressive uses the star format. They will most likely ask a negotiation question, time management and adaptability question. You have to set your answer up in the situation task action and result.
