The next day I received an email letting me know I passed the assessment and to schedule an phone interview. - I had my phone interview a week after I completed the online assessment test. I was told that I would be moving forward to the in-person interview. I received an email asking me to complete a background check - Late August: received an email asking me to schedule an in-person interview at the local office. A week after completing my in person interview, I received an email letting me know I was not selected to move forward. During both interview, we discussed my previous work experiences, why I was looking to leave my current job, and what interested me in applying for the Claims Adjuster position. Both followed the STAR interview method. The questions focused on how you work under stress, handle difficult customers, stay organized, negotiate, and how you handle mistakes/failures. The process is very stretched out, so be prepared to wait a while in between each interaction. My recruiter didn't respond to my emails and didnt keep me up to date about the process so I was in the dark until I was contacted each time.
