I applied online then was invited to take an assessment in person, there were a lot of other candidates that were also there to take the assessment (like 100 others). I passed the assessment and was then invited to an interview this interview was fairly easy, after that I was immediately asked to come in for a second interview this interview asked relatively the same questions from the first one but the answers required more detail. At the end of the interview I was offered the job I accepted and I was taking to the on site doctors office to submit hair for a hair drug test. I am currently awaiting the results of this to continue to complete the rest of the contingencies. I have to take a physical & a health questionnaire once my drug test & background check come back.

Entrevista
I applied on the company website. I received a confirmation email and then another email soon after letting me know that I had tasks to do on my career page for P&G, the online assessments. I had two assigned assessments, the PEAK assessment, and the plant technician assessment. They provide information on how to prepare for the assessments and the expectations. After completing the assessments, I received an email about two weeks later from the recruiter asking to set up an initial interview. The initial interview was at the Andover, MA plant. The initial interview had two parts, an informational section and walk through with the recruiter, then an interview with two managers. The interview with the managers was very laid back. They took notes and your answers are put into a system that gives you a numerical value to see if you would be a good fit. After the initial interview, the next day I received an email with a job offer with contingencies ( background check, drug test, medical evaluation, I9).

People are nice. Gives clear instructions. Situational questions. Prepare situations and explain what you are suppose to do or your scope and what did you do, then what is the result.
