You first had to apply online, and then you would have to take an online assessment. If you made it past the assessment then you would have the first round of interviews which consisted of more behavioral questions and then the second round was more technical and about your skills.

The interview process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers asked challenging behavioral questions, focusing on leadership and collaboration. Overall, it was a positive experience that gave me good insights.good experience.

5 rounds of interviews with questions directly from the P&G framework. Questions were not very challenging and can be prepared beforehand based on the P&G question format. The rounds increase based on levels of seniority , last round is the highest band.
