      The first thing they make you do is a very time consuming project. In my opinion they should have you do that after the first or second interview, not at the very beginning of the hiring process. After that, you have to interview with 3 other people. The entire process took almost a month.

The Customer Support Specialist role focuses on helping our customers and new users maneuver through the technicalities of using our product to the fullest potential. Therefore, it’s very important that any applicant considering this opportunity feels 100% comfortable with using the features of our product. With applications volumes reaching over 2k for this role, we opted to introduce the exploration of our product early on. This would help everyone avoid an even longer time commitment should the candidate not feel comfortable using our product, let alone providing customers guidance on it.
