Two interviews one online and one on site. Weird gestures and ironic treatment from the managers. There is a lack of professionalism and the treatment towards the candidates in Greece is poor and full of irony.

The interview process for this position consists of many phases (for me it took 6 months from point 1 to 6). : 1) CV and Letter of Intention 2) Phone Interview 3) Math Test 4) Group Interview 5) Individual Interview (right after group Interview) 6) 2-4 Weeks at Regional Academy (rated with feedbacks) 7) 6 months as Young Banker Program participant (various feedbacks, 2 math tests and 1 accounting tests, ppt presentations) 8) final feedback 9) 6 month probation period after which you are either promoted to Business Client advise (if you want and if there are available positions and mentors/ the probation period for this position is another 12 months) or stay in the same position (if there are no plans of shrinking of reforming// if yes than you are out)
