When applying to Primark, they had an application form which had to be filled in. The form asked general questions, e.g. personal details, work availability, education, skills etc. Further to this, there was an online assessment highlighting a problem you may face whilst working in the organisation and from this, you had to choose the best and worst solution to the problem. if you were successful in this, you were called for interview. The interview lasted about 10 minutes and was in front of two store managers.
