The process was straightforward and it didn't take too much time. Firstly, a personal interview to meet. Secondly, technical tests. Thirdly, work performance and IQ tests. At last but not least only one interview with the customer that was very respectful and warm. The customer interviewers were kind and they observed me as a whole worker, not only as a technical worker.
