First of all this application process is not easy! You have to take a ccat (wonderlic) test first at home and then skyped in front of your recruiter. From there I had 2 seperate phone interviews with the same questions from 2 different managers. My in person interview process with 4 different people include the VP of sales operations. The in person interviews were much more casual than the phone interviews which were a set of preset questions. The in person interviews were with 1 peer and 3 different managers.
