Overall I would classify the experience as positive. There were a few hiccups during the way (requests to reschedule interviews to later) but they all made sense (one or more of the people involved got sick and could not attend). The process was made quite transparent by the recruiter, who updated me on everything and was always available for questions. The interview process was not easy, but that is expectable (and desired) for the higher level I was applying to. It involved multiple interviews to access me, from behavioural, to technical, etc. There were no surprises during the interview process as everything was explained to me before very clearly.
