The company doesn't seem to know what they're looking for, and therefore they are quite likely to waste your time. My 1-hour interview was half focused on some sort of pseudo psychological analysis of myself which had not much to do with the role. Some HR-driven nonsense, we've all been there.
After that, they didn't even bother to email me, no response whatsoever, even though they knew how much it cost me to get there. Funny thing is how they stressed company culture based on respect was important to them. So here's my friendly advice: don't waste your time with Poppulo.
