My boyfriend had a phone interview and then an in person interview. He then came in to shadow a procedure. He was then made to wait until the rrst of that week was over and almost until the end of the following week before getting an email stating they went in another direction. They took him away from his current job multiple times causing him to lose it due to their long drawn out interview process. He had gone through all of those steps and was confident he'd secured the position and now he has no job at all. The interview process took at least 3 weeks total. They really wasted his time.
