Everything was good but during interviews HR forgot to mention some details about arranging the personal laptop. Later at the day of joining I got to know that I'll have to arrange my own laptop in case of lockdown otherwise my offer will be withdrawn.

Interview process was pretty much easy
HR is very friendly, and ask to describe about yourself. After that he ask to describe about the last job role. And if you have good experience in customer support it is easy to crack.

Firstly you have to fill form and then HR will be taking your interview and will forward to floor interview is selected and then you will have to again go to HR and dicuss salary and take your offer letter
