I applied for an interview on Campus. I interviewed one on campus. This was followed by an offer to come to the IT Headquarters in Bartlesville, OK (all expenses paid), and interview. The interviews were all behavioral interviews, I interviewed with about 4 or 5 individuals (1:1), was given a tour of the building and of the city.
