Interviewed on campus and then at the Phillips 66 HQ for second rounds. Very behavioral based, but a panel style interview. The first round interview was held with the lead campus recruiter. Second round panel interviews were with the head of the Katalyst program, a commodity trader, and a business development manager. All interviewers were kind and respectful.
