After submission of CV and Cover letter, they contacted me a month later and had an telephonic interview scheduled for 15 mins and the later another video interview of 45 mins.
The first interview was with the HR and the second one was with 2 people, both regional leads of 2 different regions.

General questions about my background and behavioral scenarios. Questions on relative skills and previous experience on the technical aspect. There were 3 interview levels, with the first being with an external associate

Question about previous experience and challenges I had to overcome
interviewed through hirevue which was awful. Only gave you 1-3 minutes to prepare and did not allow retries. they asked multiple behavioral questions and i believe it was only 3 questions
I interviewed for their Pfizer Futures internship program and interviewed specifically for the Global Commercial Analytics internship. The interview was only 1 round (after a digital hirevue) and was entirely behavioral (they might have changed the format since)
