A very warm and supportive application process from start to finish. I was approached by HR via Otta for this role, and had a pre-interview meeting with the talent acquisition team where I was given a great overview on the company history, vision and role expectations. We discussed my suitability through some questions on my experience and I was emailed a lot of information to support interview preparation (working culture, team structure, vision etc). The interview itself was delivered in a comfortable and friendly manner. I unfortunately did not qualify for the next stage, but felt the questions were reasonable and valuable to assess suitability for the role. All the team were incredibly prompt in keeping me posted, with a lot of transparency and openness throughout the process.
