Interview process is very light. As it’s a full 1099 position. Language though professional indicates they hire and see what sticks. As a 1099 it’s 100% commission and they are good commissions but you will be spending your time door knocking doing sales. But it was 1 zoom intro meeting fully muted for the interviewee, following that it’s a 1 on 1 with the local management/ “owner”. After that they may invite you to onboard or come check it out. I never did the check it out portion
