Had a great initial chat with HR which felt more like a conversation as opposed to a traditional interview structure. The person interviewing me had a good understanding of the company needs and was able to give me insights into what the role would consist of. Interview and follow-up were all set up and done in a timely manner and I was kept updated throughout the whole process.
