The experience of interviewing with Paycom is intriguing because the interview is behavior-based plus based on the right fit for the individual. My interviewing took a couple of tries at different positions, which was heartwrenching because no, not at this time is the hardest to hear. However, my interview turned positive when I did not realize the right position was waiting for me. So if you do not get the first job, keep working with the recruiter. I know now that the recruiter knows what is going on and wants you to find what is right for you so that the company you are walking into becomes a career. Good Luck! It is worth every moment!

I applied through the Paycom website and then was contacted by my recruiter Abree. She then set up my interviews and I was then offered the job. Abree was so motivational throughout the whole process!
