The interview process was very straightforward. I applied online and was reached out to via email by a recruiter from Paycom. We set up a phone screen, which lasted a little over 30 minutes. She asked me very general questions. Some about my experience (any experience with Word? Excel? Salary expectation?) and some behavioral (tell me about a time when (x) happened and how did you respond?) At the end of the phone screen, she asked for my availability for a Zoom interview with the Team Lead and Team Supervisor. This interview was much more behavior focused. A lot of it was centered around collaboration with others and organization skills. The interview was very straight forward and to the point. At the end I was given time to ask questions of my own. At the end of the interview, I was asked what shift time I would prefer (start at 7:30 or 8 am), which I took as a very good sign. The very next day I received a call from my recruiter and was offered the position!

The recruiter was very helpful throughout the process and regularly provided updates about the next steps. Made the whole process less nerve wracking as she would let me know fully what to expect in the following stages.
