I was contacted by a recruiter. I expressed interest and then the hiring manager contacted me. Interviewed with 7 employees total. Each person asked behavioral questions but the main focus of the interviews was to make sure I was a competent salesperson and a fit for the culture. They were wooing me as I was a paper match for the position.
