Like everything at Patagonia, the interview process takes time because they invest a lot into it. I went through several rounds of interviews, both on the phone and in person. I enjoyed the interview process. They took the time to get to know me, the work I had done in the past as well as why I wanted to work at Patagonia and what I would bring to the team. It was far more in-depth and genuine than any other interview I've done. The HR team communicated with me throughout the process and let me know what to expect next.
