Entrevista
I applied for a Community Manager role in the middle of July 2022. The process included an initial screening with basic questions about previous working experience as well as experience with the Paradox Interactive games, salary expectations, motivation for application. The second round was a competency-based interview that included situation questions where you were required to describe how you acted in a certain work situation, and also questions about a community manager KPIs. Competency-based interview was followed by a test case assignment, which then followed by another interview. It's a good practice, in my opinion, as the company respects the time and effort you've invested by providing feedback on the case. The last interview was a behavioural interview when you get to meet with the development team, and answer behavioural based-questions. This step is basically to get to know you more and see how well you can get along as a team. This interview also had some competency questions as well for the team to see how you act if a certain situation at work should arise.

I was contacted to have a screening call, i had it. Then after two weeks i was called by recruitment with a statement that they are moving forward with another candidate.
