The interview process consisted of a group interview where we worked in groups to sell items for something other than their main use. We were assessed on our sales skills and up selling skills as well as creativity and group work skills.

Worked in pairs to pick products for hypothetical customers. Also had a 121 with store manager who was very friendly and learned more about the various ranges. 121 consisted of scenario based questions very typical of that kind of interview.

Pretty Quick and Easy, interviewed with the store manager and the assistant manager, very friendly people. They mostly asked me questions about my job experience and my interest in the products.
