I was referred to the company by an employee. Received an email concerning a HackerRank Challenge about a week later. It was fairly straightforward and had 2 questions to be completed in 2 hours. I got one solution and a partial solution for the other. Received an email to set up a phone screen the next day itself. I haven't given the phone interview yet.
Recruiter call with typical "Why Palantir" questions, then coding screen, then system design, then building functions with documentation round, then HR screen (vibe check)
Overall typical process - whatever you would expect from Palantir
Coding test was not bad but short on time, implement a brute force approach, DFS search. This was for the internship coding test called floop map version A, try DFS leet coding questions to prepare
