June 28: Submitted Resume through on-line portal
August 1: Received email from recruiter for a 30-minute ‘chat’
August 9: Had ‘chat’ with recruiter
August 9: Received email with interview feedback and setting up second phone interview
August 15: Completed second phone-interview (I think this was to make sure I knew my stuff)
August 17: Received email from recruiter with feedback and setting up in-person interview
August 22: Had in-person interview with 3 fellow TPM/SRA colleagues (1 lead) (tough questions – I think this phase was to make sure I would be a good fit for the culture of the company). At the conclusion of the interview I was told I would hear something within a day or two.
August 23: Received email from lead recruiter mid-evening to set up a short talk the next morning.
August 24: Received call from lead recruiter -- no offer.

Call with recruiter to discuss role was supposed to be informal conversation but recruiter seemed to ask more involved interview questions. Shared what next steps would be- hiring manager, onsite etc.

Bad experience. The process was unprofessional and dragged out. The recruiter seemed to have no sense of what the role was. They have a competly different title and description for the role internally, and I was told by an interviewer himself that the projects are often boring, contain a lot of admin work and no travel.

Spoke with 3 people over the phone, two were TPMs. Had an on-site interview and spoke with 3 more TPMs. Finally, I flew to headquarters and spoke with 3 hiring managers.
