Straight forward process with lots of customer service type questions. Also had various scenario needed questions to test your luck and skill. While it was not the easiest interview it also was not the easiest that I have ever encountered. Follow the rules and the customer is always right. They produce themselves on making happy customers happy and making Dad ones even more happy.
