The process was long, with many steps, test, some assessment and knowing the team of 20 people. Postponed few times feedback and in the end I had to call them to hear the feedback. They don´t have the system for internal candidates so they contacted me after few weeks without knowing that I was in their process already. Poor communication inside the company but nice people working inside.
