Fairly efficient. They often combined interviews with different stakeholders, which was efficient. I think there were some interviews that felt rushed, and it was clear they were just checking a box to indicate that all stakeholders met with me. It did not bring value to the process. None of the stakeholders had reviewed my resume and their questions were very weak and generic.
