I handed my resume to a campus recruiter, got a phone call and a small phone interview, attended the super day and went through 3 behavioral interviews, then got a call with an offer about 3 weeks later.
The Super Day interviews were made easier because everyone had an opportunity to meet and network with their interviewers the night before the interviews actually took place. i felt pretty comfortable with my interviewers before even going into the interview. Take advantage of the reception before the interviews if you have the chance.

There was a short phone interview just for them to get to know you better. I was then invited to a Super Day where I had 2 interviews. They were more technical and looked over your resume more

Was contacted with an initial phone screening about the internship program and my application. A few months later, I proceeded to an on-site Super Day with two behavioral interviews. Talked to one individual and then a group of two people for the two interviews.

Entrevista
Standard one on one interview. They asked questions that you would expect in a normal interview. There was a total of 3 interviews in one day. They referred to is as a super day. All managers seemed very nice and respectful and many of the people that interviewed got jobs.
