The interview process was rather simple. I applied on 08/25. I completed the assessment right after my application. The next day, 8/26, the recruiter emailed to schedule a phone conversation for the following Monday. The conversation consisted of the job description, answered any questions, and to schedule the actual interview. I scheduled the video interview for the next day on 8/30. The interviewer basically explained everything the recruiter said. Interviewer asked about other jobs I’ve had, what customer service meant to me, dealing with difficult customers, and how I handled important decisions. Interviewer explained the bank holidays, vacation time, and additional days off. This was the end of the interview. I was told I would hear something in 1-3 business days by the recruiter or a denial email. The recruiter called on 9/1 to congratulate me, to make an offer, and explain the next steps(background and fingerprints).
