I had an interview with HR that went well, but they decided I was too far away from the job I applied to in San Francisco. Instead, they offered me Des Moines for significantly lower pay, which I thought was a little insulting.

Entrevista
Initial HR screening followed 2 behavioral interviews, each with two members of senior management. Interviewers were friendly and genuinely interested in getting to know you, and HR recruiter was helpful throughout. There were really no technical questions as this is an entry-level role and the company provides training.

Multiple rounds, basic questions about background and experience. Time at the end for questions about role and company. Interviewers were friendly and responsive, open to answer about the work that they do and what you would be doing in the role.
