Things seemed to be moving in a positive direction after the phone interview. Once the phone interview was over, I was invited to shadow for about an hour and then interview with the manager. The day of the shadowing, the manager was nowhere to be found. I found out towards the end of the shadow that she was busy with onboarding another new hire and would reach out to me. Cool, no big deal. I finally reach out the next day and she apologizes and asks if I could do a virtual interview. I agree to it then she changes her mind and asks if I can come in to another location of theirs and interview in person. I agree to. A day before, she texts me and asks if she can follow up later and schedule a virtual. Frustrated at this point but still, I agree to it. A week goes by and no follow up so I reached out. No response. I was basically ghosted without explanation. If you’re in the Midwest area, beware of this company. This place seems unorganized and the manager is a reflection of that.
