The recruiter contacted me on gmail after applying online through workday and scheduled a screening call.
She informed me about the company culture, the role and responsibilities, assessed my skills and knowledge. She also informed me about the budget for the job and further interview process.
I then had the first round of interview with the team panel where the team members asked me questions from various domains of appsec such as Threat Modelling, SSDLC, DevSecOps, Code Review, etc. The team was really patient and clear with the questions they asked and were happy to repeat the questions if it was a little difficult for me to catch. They helped in understanding the daily work loop, the work-life balance and common technologies and skills required for the role.
The Second round consisted of a conversation with the reporting manager where he asked me about my role and unique projects I had worked on.
2 days later the recruiter emailed me and told me that I had been selected and scheduled a call for discussing CTC.
