Extremely structured. Asked pertinent questions about my experience. Friendly recruiter - VERY WELL informed about all aspects of the job, context, company history and offer. The questions were well-placed and the recruiter made an effort to clarify topics they didn't understand at first try. Excellent experience. Formal but very high quality.

Initial screening followed by interview with hiring manager. Initial screening was done by an internal recruiter. They asked about your past experience and described the job scope. You have the opportunity to ask questions about the role.

Entrevista
Long and tedious. Multiple rounds and a very odd presentation role play round were 3-4 guys play good cop and bad cop with you and then share feedback :). Some of the panelist had already made up their minds, it was very clear. Very arrogant in the feedback, the hiring manager was not able to control them or maybe did not want to.
