They asked us to do assignment, exam . In the assignment they test their project through ourselves and the interview they say we're appropriate for the vacancy. But at last from more than a year their vacancy is on open in LinkedIn. They don't won't to recruit anyone. Only thing want is us to do their stuff which is pending before the interview without even signing any NDA. They give us a hope taking more than one week so I refused some opportunities from other companies too.
