Entrevista
After applying on LinkedIn, I was called and given a very restrictive timeframe for the interview (two fixed options). I made changes in my schedule and had the interview within 2 days of the call. The interview had lots of questions and technical situation analysis, but went well I thought. At the end, I was asked to indicate a desired salary, without any range of the pay for the open position, although I specifically asked for it. I was not given feedback whether that is low, medium or high in their understanding. I was told it will take 1-2 days to get an answer. I was not contacted for 10 days after the interview, and only received a rejection email after I reached out for feedback. This was a general rejection and had no constructive feedback or reason for rejection. I am 99% sure I asked for too much money, which they could have avoided had they been transparent on their pay range. I found them rigid and disrespectful towards their prospective employees.

Côté humain mis en avant... C'est assez chaleureux comme expérience je trouve. Tu es mis en confiance dès le départ par les personnes en face de toi. Donc le reste viendra du fait d'avoir préparé son entretien
Entretien simple avec questions/réponses avec Manager et RH.
Description du fonctionnement de l'entreprise, expérience personnelle, idées d'amélioration, questions sur activités hors professionnel.
Il n'y a pas eu de suite après cet entretien, je ne peux pas donner plus d'informations.
