My interview process involved a rapid fire four hours of interviewing in person with several people in the company, following contracting with the company for two weeks. I preferred this method because it allowed us to quickly come to a conclusion about whether or not it would be a good fit for both parties, and allowed me to meet several of my now-coworkers.
