Entrevista
First step is a phone screen where the recruiter will ask you several questions that would determine whether or not you would be a good fit to the position and company. Pretty standard questions like tell be about yourself and why you think you are a good fit to the role.
After that, they will invite you to do an onsite interview where you will have to go through a series of test/case study/analysis.

3 Interviews - Recruiter, Virtual, In Person
For the virtual, they ask to describe all the documents, business departments, and decision points from Sales Order to Inventory or Project Management Billing (SO, PO, Inventory Response, RFQ, BPD, etc), and describe whats going on in 3 different graphs and how it could be improved (BTS, BTO, etc). For the in-person, they ask to build data schemas for a live training event as well how companies can register for the event. Then they ask Odoo specific questions for their PM tool.
Asked pretty basic questions and explanation of what the role entails. They wanted to know more about your thinking processes and why you came to certain conclusions. Overall it seemed like they are looking for people that think outside the box.

Entrevista
Initial screening call with the recruiter that narrows down the pool significantly. Two separate interviews with a lead BSA (not necessarily the one you'd be working for) primarily consisting of four total case exams. You'll likely be informed ahead of time on what the last two cases are. They can be difficult, but it's testing your thought process, not whether or not you get it right. Understand their culture and what they are really looking for in a new hire. You need to know how to ask good and meaningful questions. The recruiter and the lead BSAs love working here so tap into that enthusiasm!
