After meeting with a recruiter at a university career fair (virtual due to the pandemic), I was to meet a software engineering manager a few weeks later for a behavioral interview. A couple weeks later I was reached out to via e-mail to schedule a follow-up three-hour interview, which in the end was actually two 90-minute interviews held on consecutive days (the first was another behavioral, and the second was both technical and behavioral).
