I am very sorry to hear you had a bad experience in your interview process with us. We actively try to ensure the interview process is as pleasant and human as possible. On this occasion we clearly fell short of our usual standards. We'll actively look into what happened through the interview process for this role and will seek to identify how we can improve moving forward. As in your response, we are all human, and it is quite possible that the interviewer you were with was under pressure for deadlines given the time of year and wrapping up for Christmas, but that should not have affected how your interview was conducted, and most certainly should not reflect on who we are as a company.
