The path to the interview process was pretty typical. I took issue with the fact that my interview was so long. I really hate when people aren't respectful of others' time. If it was going to exceed an hour or two, they should have informed me of that. I was kept waiting for over 30 minutes and then my interview itself took more than 2 hours. After that, I was expected to complete a very long writing assignment. I took the morning off of the job that I had. That should have given me ample time to get back to work. i ended up having to call and request the rest of the day off.
