After applying through their website, I was eventually contacted by Novartis' HR worker who asked me to send a short video where I answer simple questions from the email (about myself, my motivation etc.). Then I was invited to an Assessment Center, taking place in their office in Prague (where I was applying). I was asked to complete a short personality questionnaire a few days before the AC. There was six of us at the AC in my group, knowing that the the next day another group was coming. The AC consisted of one group activity a and one individual activity. The whole thing took about 5 hours in my case. Ten days later, I was informed via phone call that I was not invited to the final interview, receiving a brief oral feedback, too.
