HR phone call as initial screening which was positive, however, the rest of the process felt unprofessional. Scheduling the interview with the hiring manager resulted in multiple changes at the last minute. The hiring manager did not come off as professional and was lacking in decorum during the interview; Overall, it was a little surprising given the high reputation of the company.
