I discussed my experience and the needs of the organization with Rev Cycle training manager and current HIM ID for ROI. They asked about my experience with Epic materials and the Credentialed training process which I have a great deal of experience with. I understand that I would work on the upgrade lessons, training CT and preparing for training end users while the new HIM ID would attend Epic classes and complete her certification. This worked out well because I was able to help her prepare for her HIM ID role while learning more about Novant Health.
